Authorized Academy administrators can access member records for support, security and service operation. Protected member-detail views and role changes are audited.
Signed-in members can download a read-only JSON copy of supported server-stored Academy data from Profile.
A recommendation cannot change a plan, create a task or start a practice without a member action.
Create only an account you are authorized to control, provide accurate details and keep the password and reset links private. Report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
The current release has no verified child-account or parental-consent process. Do not create an account for a child until the operator publishes and implements an age policy.
The Academy provides reflection assessments, development indicators, practices, courses, planning tools, progress records and explainable recommendations. Availability and catalog content may change for maintenance, safety or editorial reasons.
Materials are for the member’s personal use. Do not copy, republish, resell or bypass access controls unless the rights holder has given permission.
During the open pilot, an enrollment request may be reviewed without payment. If manual paid enrollment is enabled later, payment takes place only on the official external Hoenix PayPal page. The Academy then accepts the payer email, an optional payer name and the PayPal transaction ID for manual verification.
Submitting a transaction ID is not an Academy receipt and does not grant access by itself. Do not send card data, bank statements, passwords or PayPal screenshots. Access changes only after administrator review.
Before a paid offer is activated for French consumers, the operator must publish professionally reviewed French consumer terms with the legal operator, essential service characteristics, total price and taxes, duration, start date, payment, digital compatibility, withdrawal, cancellation, refund, complaint and mediation information.
The customer must receive a durable contract confirmation. Any request to start digital content before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and any loss of the withdrawal right where the law permits it, requires the separate express steps and confirmation required by law.
An accessible electronic cancellation route and a withdrawal route must exist before subscriptions are sold online. Paid enrollment will remain unavailable until those customer routes and the reviewed French terms are published.
Recommendations are optional proposals. Review the reason, duration and safety note before confirming a practice.
The Academy is not healthcare, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, medical monitoring or an emergency service. Stop an activity that causes pain, distress, dizziness or another concerning response and seek suitable professional or emergency help.
Do not harm another person, upload unlawful material, infringe rights, probe private routes, automate abusive traffic, impersonate someone else or present Academy output as professional medical advice.
Access may be limited or suspended to protect members, rights holders or the service. A paid customer’s cancellation, refund and statutory rights cannot be replaced by a generic suspension clause and must be stated in the reviewed consumer terms.
Start with the Contact & data requests route. Before paid enrollment is offered in France, the Legal notice and French consumer terms will also name the competent consumer mediator and provide its address and website.
No old EU Online Dispute Resolution platform link is used here. Mandatory consumer protections remain available regardless of the language of this summary.
