Method and limitations
The Academy organizes a useful next step. It does not imitate a clinician, predict a person’s future or act without confirmation.
These points apply throughout Hoenix Academy.

Authorized Academy administrators can access member records for support, security and service operation. Protected member-detail views and role changes are audited.
Signed-in members can download a read-only JSON copy of supported server-stored Academy data from Profile.
A recommendation cannot change a plan, create a task or start a practice without a member action.
Body, Psyche, Spirit and Essence are Hoenix Academy labels for grouping reflection and practice. They are not medical, psychological or scientific diagnostic categories.
Starting answers are converted into internal scores and Readiness. These are product indicators for one member’s planning, not clinical measurements, proof of health, ability or personal worth, and not a basis for comparing people.
The selection can use the latest dimension scores and freshness, chosen focus, preferred intensity and instruction style, available time, eligible-practice preferences and summarized completion history.
The server ranks one primary catalog option and limited alternatives, then returns explicit reasons, evidence categories, confidence meaning and safety flags.
Nothing changes merely because a recommendation appears. The member may confirm it, choose an alternative, change preferences, stop early or ignore it.
Results depend on self-reported information, recorded activity and the available catalog. They may not reflect illness, injury, medication, disability, crisis, surroundings or information that was never entered.
Patterns in one account show association, not proof that a practice caused an outcome. Do not use a score or recommendation to delay appropriate care.
